The cancellation procedure is simple: just send us an eMail or call our customer service center at +632 501 5001, and you will receive instructions on where to send your equipment.

Terms of our Money Back Guarantee:

To cancel your service, eMail us or call +632 501 5001 within 30 days of activating your service. You will receive detailed instructions on how and where to ship your equipment back to us. You are responsible for return shipping charges, and you must return your equipment within 14 days of cancellation. The equipment must be in its original packing material, all components must be included, and they must be in their original condition. You must cancel your service within 30 days of the activation of your account, and your outgoing calls must not exceed 500 minutes of use. You may request a refund of your start-up fee if your outgoing calls exceed 500 minutes, but we must charge you for the months service. You will be responsible for all additional charges, such as international calls and toll calls. Upon receipt of the equipment and satisfaction of the above conditions, you will receive a full refund of the service activation fee and first months subscription fee. If these requirements are not met, your refund will not be processed. If you do not return the equipment, or if it is damaged, you will be charged PHP 5,000.00.
